The European Union is an important donor world-wide. The most important programmes are the pre-accession funds, the structural funds or the Research Programmes such as the Seventh Framework Programme. These programmes are numerous, and they are complex. Complexity cannot be avoided to guarantee fairness to everybody.
URSIT provides services and consulting for the participation in donor programmes. We offer our help for understanding the procedures and to create innovation for a better Europe and we have a wide contacts' network, especially in South-East Europe for the setting up of partnerships.
Our services for proposals and tenders are:
- Training for the participation in European Union funding programmes.
- Proposal writing: we develop a proposal on behalf of a client and according to the specific call for proposals or call for tenders, following the rules and guidelines; we write the technical and non-technical part.
- Partner search: we search for European based partners according to client criteria using databases, directories and our extensive contacts and help form the consortium.
- Proposal search: we search for proposals for partners who would like to be involved in a proposal, according to the profile of the partner.
- Quality check: we perform quality check of proposals written by the client and provide advice and recommendation for improvement.
- Assistance in the creation of a consortium and partnership agreement.
- Study and evaluation of European Union policy for the need of a client.
Our services during project execution are:
- Project management: we carry out the project management on behalf of the client or give advice on request.
- Support to the administrative work in a project, financial management in a project.
- Training and consulting on demand.
URSIT has delivered various training courses on funding from the European Union and developed a training guide for the European Union funding programmes.
